MILFORD – The three largest retailers in the Quarry Square Shopping Center may be relocating as the owners of the plaza have listed the 135,000-square-foot building currently housing Stop & Shop, Homegoods and TJ Maxx as available.
Stop & Shop has already signed on to the Milford Crossing plaza down the street to open in a 66,000-square-foot space in the fall, but a recent listing from Fafard Real Estate, the owner of the plaza, indicates that the current spaces occupied by Homegoods and TJ Maxx next to the current Stop & Shop space are also available.
A representative from Fafard Real Estate did not respond to a request for comment.
The same listing indicates that several other spaces are available, including two 20,000-square-foot spaces to be built near Quarry Drive.
