BRITAIN’S worst and best high street stores according to shoppers have been revealed, with some surprising results.
Richer Sounds and Toolstation were voted the best shops on the high street, both scoring 80 per cent.
Big chains WH Smiths and Poundland came in the bottom five, while Morrisons was voted the worst in the annual survey by Which? consumer magazine.
The supermarket came in at 100th place with a score of 55 per cent in the poll, with shoppers describing it as “limited”.
DIY store Toolstation topped the list for the second year running, while electrical chain Richer Sounds moved up from joint third place last year.
