MILFORD – Developers of the new Milford Crossing shopping center announced Tuesday that both HomeGoods and T.J. Maxx are slated to set up shop in the plaza this fall.
The home furnishings retailer and clothing store are the latest to confirm that they will join the growing line-up of storefronts at the former K-Mart plaza at 120-128 Medway Road (Rte. 109) and Beaver Street.
“We’re confident these businesses, alongside Stop & Shop, will bring robust traffic to the shopping center,” Richard Birdoff, principal and president of RD Management, which owns the plaza, said in a statement.
HomeGoods – which is owned by TJX Companies – is set to inhabit a sprawling, 24,628 square-foot space with T.J. Maxx calling an additional 21,863 square feet its home, according to company officials.
